Announcement

This past Sunday we brought the family together to celebrate 30 years of marriage of mom and dad, their true anniversary being the next day on the 13th. It was a lot of fun as the whole family joined us at the parent's new abode; all the cousins with their children and/or pregnant bellies and....we were joined by the latest addition to the family little four day old Camden and her brave mom!!! So, we presented a video we made for the parents that highlighted some major events from the time they married to the present and the picture before the last was a sonogram of our 8 week baby in utero (pic below). Needless to say, the response was so overwhelming that I wanted to cry but that did not last long, and instead we all laughed a lot. Later, before the party was over we all got together and all the new parents were prayed for by the elder generations (a blessed time) and then we took a group pic...count the kids!!!! So for some or maybe most of you this is news news...join in our joy!!! :P

2 Months

Today we went to see the doctor early in the morning!!! It is the best time considering that Stephen makes it on his way to work. One thing that I was surprised with these doctor visits is how long they keep you in considering the little time you actually get with the doctor. We were at the doctor's office for 1 1/2 hours and we probably saw the nurse and doctor for about 1/2 hour at the most!!! Oh well if I may say so it was worth the wait to see the baby and to hear the heartbeat...it is so fast that one would think that it was running on a turbo engine :-) That's the update for today
